Below are some Frequently Asked Questions about Taylor Made Solutions. As always, if you have ANY questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

I Want a Website But I Don't Know Where to Begin?

We can assist you in ALL aspects of your internet presence.  From website design to hosting as well as domain name research and registration.  You don't have to worry about a thing, we do all the work!

How Long Will it Take to Design My Website?

It will usually take between 3 - 5 weeks from receipt on the down payment to Final signoff.  If your site is especially large, it may take longer  to develop.  You will be given a projected completion date after the  initial consultation.

What is the Payment Procedure?

We require a 50% deposit before we begin development then the remaining 50% on completion and approval of the design work.

All fees for Website Hosting and Domain Name registrations are due in full prior to account setup.

Can I View My Website During Construction?

Once the basic design has been completed for your website, we will post it LIVE from within the Taylor Made Solutions website.  You will be given a username and password so that the information will only be accessible by you.  This will enable you to make comments and suggestions to ensure your site is "Taylor Made" to your specifications!

Do I Own the Finished Product?

You will own all rights to the design, code, and any other work we do for you. We will send you a copy of all the files used in development so that you will have an archive copy. All we require is the right to post a screen capture and description of your site in our portfolio and a small link to our website at the bottom of your site.

What If I Notice Something That Needs to be Changed After My Site is Finalized?

Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with our work.  We will make minor revisions as necessary to ensure your product is "Taylor Made" to your specifications.  Afterward some additional costs may incur.

What If I Need to Update My Website?

We Offer website maintenance and updating to our clients and others at a rate of $45/hour.  Fees are incurred in 1/2 hour increments and are billed on a monthly basis.

We offer a quick turnaround on website updates.  Updates are usually completed within 24 hours (except holidays and weekends). 

Do You Do More Than Build Websites?

Yes.  Besides creating quality website designs, we can also help you with your day-to-day business needs including data entry, customized business forms, news letters, flyers, and data base creation.  Please see our Services page for more information.

What is a Favicon and Do I Need One?

Do you Need a Favicon?  I don't know if you NEED a Favicon but you definitely WANT one!  A Favicon (short for "favorites icon"), is another way of personalizing your website making your site totally unique and "Taylor Made".  The Favicon is usually a 16 x 16 pixel graphic that can be your photo or your logo that displays in front of your URL in the address bar.

Favicon's are included in the price of our Custom Website Designs, but you can also purchase one as an À-La-Carte option for a Standard Website or existing website.
